The Gift of Inspiration Wakes Us Up
At Mohandas K. Gandhi’s funeral Nehru recognized that, “A glory has departed and the sun that warmed and brightened our lives has set, and we shiver in the cold and dark.” Like Nehru, we are all moved by greatness when we see it, and although the experience is personal, we feel it. When we experience it something in us wakes up, and encounters what was inside us all along. Irrefutably, Gandhi was one of the greatest inspirations ever to walk upon our Earth.
Love is a Choice
Love is often presented as the opposite of fear, or some other negative emotion, but authentic love is not opposite of anything. Authentic love is far more powerful than any negative emotions, as it is the environment in which all things emerge. Negative emotions are like starving piranhas lurking in the dark waters. All things beautiful and fearful, powerful and weak, destructive and creative—come into existence, unfold, and transform within the context of authentic love. At the same time, they are made of the very love in which they swim and can never be separated.
The Authentic Self: True Success for Spiritual Leaders
“A man asked Lord Buddha, ‘I want happiness.’ Lord Buddha said, ‘First remove ‘I’ that’s ego. Then remove ‘want’ that’s desire. See now you are left only with ‘happiness.’ Happiness in the path.” ~Buddha

In terms of your power, in terms of your talent, all of us are special and none of us is special. Usually, the word ‘special’ means something really good, but it is actually treachery of the ego for spiritual leaders.
The Phoenix: You are Perfect Just as You Are
We know that the Phoenix was the incredible beautiful mythical bird that ended the cycle of its life, and then it rose from the ashes. Recently, a dear friend of mine transitioned; she worked hard and many souls received her love. In fact, my daughter was able to reach her dreams because of the trust, compassion and generosity of this beautiful soul. Yet she died a wounded healer. In fact, when dying, she said to me, “I don’t know why I was never enough?” I told her, “You don’t need to be fixed, you are perfect just as you are.”
Embodying Beauty: You
No object is so beautiful that, under certain conditions, it cannot be ugly. Because there is so much ugliness in the world, and knowing that beauty and truth are two of life’s great champions, I feel compelled to write about beauty. All we have to do is look for beauty, it is everywhere, awakening the soul to act—to love. Many people forget the important role the soul plays in happiness; beauty illuminates the soul—love.
What is beauty?
If you look up the word “beauty” you will overwhelming conclude that it focuses on the outward appearance—just like spiritual literature tells us. The thing about beauty is it lives among the
