ONE Retreats

As a spiritual alchemist, author and speaker my calling is to bring out the beauty you never knew you had, and to raise you like the wind that carries the leaf to the forest floor, to the silence in your heart—your divine nature.

One of the many gifts that nature offers us, is the opportunity to witness the interconnections between all life. All living things are dependent upon other living things for survival. There is no such thing as life separate from all life—the ONE. Seeing this it is an awakening—we realize that, “Life is relationship.” Our beautiful Earth is home to a complex system of living things that are intricately connected to each other. We need each other to exist, and to expand our consciousness and compassion.

Loving community retreats are a marvelous way to experience and realize how we are all connected. It is uplifting sharing our journey with fellow sojourners. A huge bonus is that when others see our beauty, they can support our experiencing our own inner beauty. We grow from a small community to the world community—living in love. As the great mystic Rumi said, “Wherever you are, and whatever you do, be in love.”

Fulfillment of self is the ultimate embodiment.
There is only the ONE who can love you;
the one who receives you exactly as you are.
The giver is the greatest gift.
If you push your self from self awareness,
you push your self away from God within you.
Opposing nothing, you enter into the kingdom of God.
This moment act from consciousness, the doorway to you.
The whole world loves you; it just doesn’t realize it yet.
The individual who finds peace inside and lives it
is the one who teaches what true peace is.
We are waiting for just one teacher.
