The 2022 national mid-term elections finished a week ago. While we are waiting for the full election results it seems appropriate that we might benefit from contemplating, “What is a true leader.” Personally, I expected the status quo; more lying, stealing and cheating. After all it is common sense that when you don’t correct a problem, the result is not going to be different. It is a basic tenet of growth and change, that if you want a different result, you must try something new. Since the nation has not come to terms with the stolen 2020 elections, and some still don’t even know there was a problem; it’s reasonable to not expect a different result.

So, it appears that there have been some leadership changes in Congress, and in some of the states. The all embracing question is, “Are any of the new leaders, true leaders?” In Vermont, we have Welch replacing Leahy, I’m not excited about those records; you can research them yourself. The U.S. House seat was up for grabs, and many of us were excited about Liam Madden; everyone I know across the board voted for him. He definitely was the only House candidate to understand and value true leadership.

Like me, you might be disappointed when you look up the definition of a leader. The shallow definitions focus on the ‘doing’ state of a leader and disregard the ‘being’ state of a leader. Maybe it is time we redefine what being a “true leader”is? To begin with you might want to ask yourself, “Is my quality of life better than it was two years ago?” Be honest. For example, how much of your income is consumed by food and gas?

First, leading has nothing to do with how many followers one has on social media, or whatever. Rather, one aspect of true leadership has to do with how many leaders one can create. The last two years, definitely indicate that not many new folks stepped up to serve in Congress. You might want to check whose on board for creating a true democracy. For example, how many politicians are proponents of limited terms for elected officials? That will mean that they will have to earn a living like other Americans at the end of their term. Also, how many politicians are willing to create a bill that removes the financial perps of ‘serving’ their country. It will take immense inner integrity and a servant-heart for politicians to turn down permanent retirement benefits (no more self-entitlement and pay raises that are out of line with the majority of American citizens benefits), or free college tuition for their children, for example. In order for us to reach our collective destiny of peace on Earth, we must step up with courage and lead from inner integrity. Congressional, state and local leaders must embody the frequency and resonance that we would like to see in the collective consciousness. Why? Because each and every one of us, individually, make up the collective consciousness; we are all connected, rather we believe it or not.

My intention behind what I share is to help you realize the leader within you; to help you embody the limitless potential that you hold in you, to help you see the Divine being that you are. The quantity of your impact is irrelevant if there is no quality to that impact. Focus on the quality of the vibration which you exude. Whether you are impacting your partner, children, family, city or town, nation, or the Earth. What kind of leader are you?

Change starts with you.

Leadership has nothing to do with your political party, your beliefs, your religion, your sex, your net worth…your skin color; it had to do with your character. Are you sovereign? Now, if your life is superbly improved over what it was two years ago, well, you might just like maintaining the status quo; forget about sovereignty. In which case you may want to go read something else that doesn’t ask you to look at yourself.

A true leader is one who reflects what they want to see in the world. A true leader is one who stands up for truth, regardless of the resistance that they face: they will be attacked by lies, maligned, and hated for sure, and they still stand. A true leader is one who practices what they preach. A true leader is one who serves from Love and compassion. A true leader is one who creates more leaders. A true leader believes in God.

True leader’s speak the truth no matter what

If you are a true leader you are going to stand against the status quo. You must, because a true leader is consciously compelled to choose awareness. Consciousness sees through the lies, hypocrisy, greed, violence. Egregious examples are rampart at international, national, state and local levels of government. For example, in the summer of 2020 race riots cost the American people over $2 billion in damages. Most Congressional leaders didn’t offer condemnations when property was vandalized, fires raged in inner cities, and at least 25 lives ended. Those few that did speak up, were silenced by the bought media. Moreover, Congress needs to look into the 2020 riots, and the Black Lives Matter organizations that coordinated them (not the concept that black lives matter).

True leader’s lead by example

True leader’s know that they have the power to change the world. Dr. Simone Gold, the founder of America’s Frontline Doctors, leads by example. Dr. Gold refused to be silent. As an advocate for the people of the World, she was sent to prison by untrue leaders. It was hate that motivated this egregious crime, and the sole purpose was to put fear into true leaders hearts. Upon release from prison Dr. Gold said, “I will use every means at my disposal to call out the liars, the purveyors of Covid mis-information; including Rep. John Conyers’ and his House Committee on Coronavirus ‘Mis-Information,’ the NIH, the CDC, and especially the DOJ… I will fight for the 840+ Patriots who are still awaiting justice for their J6 involvement.” That’s right there are still American citizens for whom there is no J6 justice. Dr. Simone Gold is a hero.

True leaders have courage to step up

Honestly, our country was falling apart after eight years of Obama. President Donald J. Trump stood up to the tranny of untrue leaders. He was elected not as a politician, but as a true servant leader to make American great again. Most of us, whether you voted for him or not, whether you like his personality or not, can report that our lives were easier under his true leadership. If you envision peace on Earth, President Trump is the vibration to align with; do the research and you will discover that he should most definitely be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. It’s likely because of the nature of the ‘prize’ politics, that like Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, President Trump will not be a laureate.

It is blatant hate, that is responsible for impeaching President Donald J. Trump, twice. Those insane elected politicians in congress are still making innocent people pay for crimes that were never committed, so they can propagate fear to shut up the true leaders—you. They will stop at nothing, but most of you figured that out or it is unlikely that you would still be reading this now. It’s hypocritical to impeach President Donald J. Trump for allegedly inciting an insurrection, when hateful congressional leaders and bought media outlets emboldened rioters and anarchists in 2020.

True leaders correct wrong decisions

Sometimes leaders make wrong decisions. When that happens, and it will happen, true leaders will have the will, integrity and courage to move forward to correct the direction. I encourage you to watch the movie, “Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words.” The Supreme Court of the United States is the country’s highest court of appeal and the final interpreter of the Constitution. Justice Thomas was appointed in 1991, during George H. W. Bush’s presidency. It is another egregious leadership example of congress trying to impeach the longest standing Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. You don’t impeach someone because you don’t agree with them or because they are sovereign.

Justice Thomas’s true leadership is an inspiring story of an underdog hero and champion of liberty. Since the inception of the US supreme court in 1789, there have been 115 supreme court judges. So far, just two African American justices have served on the court, they are  Thurgood Marshall and Clarence Thomas.

True leaders embrace sovereignty

As a true leader, you must remember to embrace your sovereignty. You need not choose a side, but rather listen and embody the wisdom of both sides. This will allow you to then share your heart from a place of unified wisdom. This vision can be viewed in two ways. First, we can hand our authority over to someone else, and have them give us the key to our freedoms at their own will, knowing full well that often that key is that you will be controlled. It’s certainly an option, but it doesn’t help you discover or to experience your sovereignty.

People will hear the call of true leaders, human souls and the world soul will wake up and recognize that we are all connected. We are one: when a soul discovers UNITY, violence is no longer an option. At the same time those that choose prison will continue to engage in war. However, hate and fear vibrations will simply evaporate for those that choose the path of Love.

When we are stepping up we must remember that, “Every time we hurt one another we hurt all.” Hate unchecked incites behaviors that serve to gaslight people into committing acts of violence. The lack of true leadership, and the hypocrisy is so blatant in Washington D.C., and at state and local levels of government it is appalling. Jesus himself would say, “You hypocrites.”
